We use natural, humanely raised meats. Beef is grass-fed, from small farms in the Northeast. Pork is Niman Ranch or Du Breton. Veal is “Azuluna”, pasture raised in New England. Lamb is Jamison Farm. Poultry is Bell & Evans.
